Dear respective doctors, My younger brother (21, Student, Nagpur) having a mental disorder (as he says). please note the problem Carefully. Since last 2.5 years he says that He felt very guilt after seeing any Dirt, any Potty, any Drainage, sound while Someone cleaning his tongue. He always says that due to this the dirt things live in his mind and After Spitting or drinking water, he feels ok. But the most dangerous problem is that, He says he is having a continuous headache (24x7) since last 2.5 years. He is loosing hair too. His hair are thin. So he keeps head shaved for every 15 days. Plz, due to this situation he very distressed. My most important question is that, Why he feels guilt after seeing dirt things and feels good only after spitting? And what are the causes of CONTINUOUS HEADACHE since 2.5 years. please doctor, help me. We have visited some of doctors but nothing has happened. please help me. I am serious about his life.
