Age 23 M.I'm feeling very much weakness it's even hard for me to stand for just 10 min. Always it feels like there is lots of water in my stomach. I eat lots of fruits and green vegetables in salads and food but nothing is improved since 2 months. Pl tell me what should I do to improve my health & increase my stamina/strength.

You need to eat protein rich diet. Do some gym or yoga. Morning walk or evening walk for stamina. Eat dry fruits as well. Check thyroid profile.
