Hi 17 days before I had fissure and hemmoride surgery. My blood pressure is 100/150. Normally it is 90/130. After the bleeding at bowel movement or pain it increases again to 100/150. Is it normal to have High blood pressure after hemorrhoids surgery. And some time I start to faint out. I can't see for a fraction of second it's like having a flash light in front of eye. Need some guidance.

Hi Generally after conventional surgery bleeding can happen for 5 to 6 days but after that bleeding generally is just drops or completely stops .post surgery you should be regularly doing sitz bath and that is setting in warm water, eating high fibre food ,taking laxatives and painkillers. Fainting attack can happen sometimes because of severe pain while passing motion .your fluctuation in blood pressure needs further evaluation you should do your repeat haemoglobin level and consult your surgeon once again without delay.
