I am 27 male my life is not going well for the last five months I was diagnosed with bp and since then I am suffering from depression I have done ecg treadmill ultrasound of abdomen lft kidney test cholesterol test thyroid test which all came back fine sometimes I have headache nausea and palpitations and chest pain I have consulted psychiatrist also I am on arbazeal for bp and clonotril and mirtaz for depression I am unable to get sound sleep I am walking for 30 minutes daily can I eat meat and have tea? As I am worried this will raise bp please advise thanks.

I don't think so. Sometimes you can have. As in for depression I would need to know the reason behind it and yes you can definitely come out of it through therapies. Your worries are the major reason for BP or any other concerns. Don't worry so much and you will be fine.
