I am 27 years old male I want to know that eating red meat increase blood pressure as I was diagnosed with bp five months ago and I am not eating red meat fearing it would increase my bp sometimes I have chest pain I have done ecg treadmill ultrasound of the abdomen and in fact my cholesterol level is very low all those test are normal which I mentioned above please advice.

There are so many cause for high blood pressure like staying always in high stress, pressure packed life style, lack of physical activities, taking of more junk food or fast food, lack of sleep, hereditary cause, alcoholic person, besides that others ae kidney or heart diseases etc. So first maintain a healthy life style and healthy food habits. Avoid all sort of nicotene or alcohol use if you are taking. Daily exercise of 45 minutes minimum like jogging running. If it is not getting control then consult to your physician.
