I am 47 years old and having hypothyroidism, TSH 7.35. T3 0.95 & T4 6.20. URIC ACID 7.30. Triglyceride 282& cholesterol 207. Please advise treatment and precautions. Need any medical treatment or should go for exercise only at this stage.
