I'm 20 years old and my periods are not regular since I got my first period my height is 5.7 foot and weight is 83 kg I have a little fat on my belly please give me a suggestion and home remedies for it?

You are about 13 kg overweight, do regular exercises Eat a balanced healthy diet ,eat lots of green leafy vegetables and salads and fruits. Avoid junk food ,carbonated drinks, fried food ,and white sugar Weight reduction corrects hormonal imbalance and thus regularises periods.
