My question is for Psychiatrist and psychologist. What helps the most in order to cure from clinical or severe depression, gym or yoga?

Hello lybrate user, depression is a very chronic term, if depression is server it requires medication along with counelling sessions once a week. Along with this a person needs to go for mrng walks or gym or exercise for 45 min n meditation for 10 daily at night. If in depression avoid errated drinks as well as tea n coffee as it increases anxiety. Once a day is fine.
