Hi I am 31 male, doctor has told I have cholesterol high, need to do regular exercise like walking for 20 min daily. But I will get knee and heal pain. I stop doing exercise for this reason. Anyway I could have stamina, so that I can do exercise.

You must walk regularly, pain in the knees and heel happen in the beginning when you start exercise but as you do it regularly for more than a week then it will automatically disappear. You must also take Vit and calcium to reduce pain.
