You have not shared the detailed angiography report without the angio report and report of his echo it will be difficult to suggest what will be the best line of treatment for him. In general patients of coronary artery disease depending upon the vessels that are blocked, the number and the percentage and location of blockage and the echo of the patient and other associated disease conditions like diabetes etc are given the options of stenting or bypass surgery and if disease is not very severe medicines.
