Thyroid test: T3 = 134.85, T4 = 10.20 & TSH 3G = 3.216. 2 months pregnant. What is the the conclusion is there anything to be worried about or any further test recommended. Female, Age 29 Thanks Sir / Madam.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. The recommended TSH levels are as follows 1st Trimester: 0.1 to 2.5 mU/L, 2nd Trimester :0.2 to 3.0 mU/L & 3rd Trimester: 0.3 to 3.0 mU/L. Since you are in the first trimester, TSH should be a bit lower than the present level. So may increase the dose by 12.5 mcg per day. You should check TSH once every 4 weeks during the pregnancy period. Thanks.
