I am a 39 year old woman having thyroid. My latest report shows t3 89, t4 6.1 anf TSH 4.16. Pls advise if I should continue having medicine as below: 37.5 gm - mon - fri 50gm - sat - sun.

lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. Your TSH 4.16 mU/L is fairly good. Ideally it should be between 3 to 4 mU/L. By maintaining lower level of TSH you remain free from the symptoms of hypothyroidism. So you will have to continue the treatment in the same manner. Please check TSH after another 6 months. Thanks.
