I am suffering from Slipped disc of L5S1 since last 10 years. Had gone under microdisctomy twice in this duration but the problem still persists. Unable to pursue my career as it is almost impossible for my to walk, sit, or do my day to day tasks on account of numbness, burning pain radiating towards the left leg of my body from buttocks to thighs and downwards. Since I already had two disctomies I am not willing to take a chance for the third one. Is there any alternate way I can get rid of this condition and focus on my career. I am 36 years of age and my built is normal. I am a vegetarian and my job involved a lot of sitting activity. Please advise.
