Sir, My cousin 25y M had permanent tattoo on the medial side of right forearm exactly below cubital fossa. 10 cm length n 10cmb. It got exposed to fire 4 some reasons 6y ago. But tattoo dint vanish completely leaving a scar. Is it safe to undergo laser surgery to remove it.

If there is a scar on top of the tattoo then I would suggest she get a plastic surgery done to remove the scar. So by removing the scar the tattoo will also be removed

Hello. Such a large tattoo, permanent one and that too with added burns scar! Not a good idea for laser treatment. U will require more deep laser and multiple sessions to get desired result. A surgical Excision, may be 2/3 sittings might be more favorable. However few more details if you can tell, personal examination or atleast a snap will help in guiding you better.
