Please suggest me the clinical details of my echo as below: LA=5.5 cm, LV (diastole) =4.5 cm, LV (systole)=3.1 cm LV Function: LV end diastolic volume = 45 ml, LV end systolic volume = 15 ml, Stroke volume = 30 ml, Ejection Fraction = 66% LV posterior eall thk. = 0.9 cm, intraventricular septal thk. = 0.9 cm, aortic root = 2.8 cm, PA pressure 45mmhg, MVA by PHT = 1.7sq.cm, MG=6 mmhg. Please comment on any concerns? I am on nebivolol and digoxin. Stopped digoxin recently as per cardio's advice. Also I am on acitrom due to stroke affected a few years before. The question is Am I an heart failure patient? Please comment on any other concerns too.

As of now you have a good left ventricular function and hence your cardiologist has stopped digoxin but we should get a 2DECHO done after six months and plan accordingly.
