I am suffering from hypothyroidism, my whole day is being utilised correctly, I do not eat much but still I am quite bulky. Please suggest any exercise or any change in my routine by which I can reduce my body fat percentage and reduce my size.

Keep controlled your thyroid profile. Control your died. Avoid excessive sweets, avoid fats, nonveg food. Take a plate of salad before lunch and dinner. Avoid any thing eating inbetween breakfast, lunchand dinner. Ecercise regularly. Do all physical work by yourself.
