I have been suffering from depression for 2 years and 8 months. I will be going to abroad but I am worried about the medical tests for visa Is it possible that my visa gets rejected due to depression I asked psychiatrists they told me I don't think so they will check psychiatric illness.

Hello Lybrate user In my opinion they will not reject your visa due to depression. I would definitely suggest that you continue taking Medicines if you are taking any and simultaneously take counseling sessions too. Medicines and counseling sessions will help you get over your depressed emotions. I hope this helps.
