Hi, my both toe's middle fingers have started to bent slightly, right foot more, I've search online, it says its maybe "hammer toe" but mine doesn't look too bad like that of the actual problem, it's only slightly bent, I don't have any problem while walking or in gym whatsoever, so should I use the tape method, where we basically cover the bent part and force it to come in natural position, as it shown on internet or should I only consult an doctor? Anyway, any suggestions will be appreciated, thanks!

You can wear Hammer toe brace to prevent the big toe deformity. It is called hammer toe and if you do not correct it might cause the body weight to shift the center of gravity and you will end up with either back pain or knee pain. Better advice would be to consult a therapist and you can start using it and you have to wear shoe on top of that to fix it in position. Initially you can wear for 4 hours and slowly you can improve wearing until 6-8 hours.
