I'm struggling from sunlight because I'm a cricket player sunlight get my face oily and glowless black spots please can you help me.

You have to apply a good broad spectrum sun screen atleast half an hour before going out. This is to repeated after every 4 hours. There are also products like Lycopene and Antioxidants which you have to take orally.

You should use a broad spectrum sunscreen 20 minutes before sun exposure. As you are a player you should go for a water proof sunscreen and the one containing zinc oxide or titanium oxide.
