Dear lybrate-user, sometimes we do get into stressful situations like Studies and other important work like you said. Its important that you take baby steps. Usually, things which are stressful we tend to avoid it by sleeping or watching TV those are all behaviors to cope up with your stress and later becomes guilt for over sleeping and not completing the task. Keep a small task for yourself and focus on that part do not rush to complete everything in one that that won't happen. Seek help from your friends or parents if they can in other important things you have (If Applicable) If you like to sleep then challenge yourself that until you finish you will not rest. Once done give your self a reward. Make a schedule and try to follow it might get difficult to follow at first but still continue to catch up with what ever you can for that day. Start fixing it slowly and don't be harsh on yourself. Hope these help and I wish you all the best.

Hello. Sleep is always an essential aspect of our life. As studies are your main focus, sleep becomes even more imperative for good memory. Sleep hygiene can be adopted for better sleep. 1. Limiting daytime naps to 30 minutes. Napping does not make up for inadequate nighttime sleep. However, a short nap of 20-30 minutes can help to improve mood, alertness and performance. 2. Stimulants such as caffeine and nicotine shoudl be avoided close to bedtime. 3.Exercise - walk/ aerobics 4. Avoid heavy meals 5. No cell phones in the bed 6. Meditation.

Hi lybrate-user Divide your work in sets of 3 or 4! Work for 45 minutes, then rest for 15 minutes! Drink Milk (Chocolate Milk, cause its delicious damnit) and eat Chocolate! Don't stress too much about your studies and all! A single piece of paper can't decide your future! If you don't perform well, just make up your deficiencies in the next test! Try to get proper sleep (atleast 6~7 hours, if possible) and exercise regularly! Indulge yourself in physical activities like sports and running Don't stress, and believe in yourself that you can do whatever the heck you want to! Try talking to your best friends when you're feeling stressed, or someone at your home! Go for a walk in the park! Make new friends, and say Hi to strangers! Get a cat or a dog! Pets can also be really good stress relievers! Think about all the progress you've made so far, and think about all the progress you could make, the progress you *will* make! "Of all the things that can boost emotions, motivation, and perceptions during a workday, the single most important is making progress in meaningful work.?
