Why do I feel like I will be no more (die) for no reason, am not suicidal I lost interest in doing something, am not able to think about my future. Doctor gave me fluvator 50 mg tablet and ,sulpitac 50 mg tablet he says you have belief of death, am taking this fluvator tab from 1 month, sulpitac 50 mg tab from 1 week but no improvement, can you tell what exactly happened, and what can I do for this, is medication is correct for this?
