I'm suffering from hypertension and diabetes what exercise routine should I follow? Can I do weight training and running?

Hi, you have both diabetes and hypertension so you can do regular exercises and yoga. first start with brisk waking for 20min. take low calorie food, avoid salty things.. consume more water. exercises s good for your health.
