My son is 21 years old. He works as a bar steward for a reputed hotel in Goa. He spends late nights texting his friends on whatsapp. Of late he developed an internal swelling above his eyes just below the eyebrows on the right corner of his right eye. Now the same swelling has developed on the left eye around the same place. Please advice.

Try to disuade him doing excessive mobile use. However it may be difficult to explain to youngs. Start 'Trifla phant' eye wash prepared of clean and good quality coarse Trifla. If possible get organic fresh corriander bunch and extract it and put few drops in both eyes whenever possible. Let it dry. It may crystallize. Wash with normal water or 'trifla phant' without rubbing. Once you gain regularity you may start noticing changes shortly. Better to use good quality Trifla ghee, saptamrit louh etc orally for strainless and shap vision. If you need any further advise pl consult on private Lybrate chat.
