Dear Sir/Mam, I'm from Bangladesh, 23 years old. I went to NC, USA last Jan. Before 1 week ago to go there I had fever and cold. NC weather cold too. Then also I went to mexico in Feb for vacation for hot weather And stay 3 weeks there and back to again low temperature area in NC. I had still cold. I back to Bangladesh March. My problem is" still I have cold and Sneezed at least 10 times when it is starting" So, what should I do now? I didn't go to doctor in Bangladesh too.

It is due to change of atmosphere. Take hot water, green tea, you can tab. Anticold thrice a day, follow few blood tests. Cbc, and consult doctor.
