I am 30 years old male in the profession of teaching. For many years I am suffering from mood swing. I am worried about the future and feel depressed. Comparatively, I am doing good in my profession but still I am feeling uninterested in everything now. I want to be alone and don't want to interact with anyone. My mind is running all the times and I am not able to concentrate on anything. I can't remember things now. I Like challenges in life and I can not confine myself in fixed routine but now I am feeling disappointed. I am trying to figure out the purpose of my life. I feel unhappy, messy and lack of energy all the times. Please help. Thanks.
