PLEASE DOCTORS HELP ME! Tomorrow I was taking shower eventually the water comes cold nd then I have to shower with cold water .then I realize my balls (testicles) get upside when scrotum skin become tight but one of the left testicle is is getting upside to much when its cold nd scrotum skin become tight so I have to adjust by muscled to get on the right place its happening with me first time right ball is go up but not too much that I have to adjust it but left side testicle is go to the lower in the side of pubic hair so have to adjust with my hand. I am gonna loose my one testicle? I am very depressed now becoz I am a natural athlete bodybuilder if I loose my one ball its look so awkward please help me anyone it happened me tomorrow but today I just go for my workout heavy weightlifting but I am having the same problem when I was doing my set my scrotum becomes tight nd one testicle go inside of the pubic where my penis Start nd that time I have to use my fingers to get it on right place I think I have overactive cremaster muscle I am very very depressed becoz I left my workout for this please tell me clearly this is normal will I get the testicles like before I DO not HAVE ANY PAIN.

balls are suspended in your scrotum with a rope like structure. When exposed to a sudden shock like very cold water in your case, they tend to climb. It's common phenomena. Don't get upset or anxious. Good luck.
