I have fear from shadow. I doing exposer but work slowly who is expert please help he .if any one who is expert in dealing phobia. Please advice what should i do?

Hi I will prescribe some harmless but effective flower remedy. Mix 2 drops of Aspen+ 2 drops of Mimulus. Mix these with 100 ml water and drink it every morning and night.(same dose) on empty stomach.
