I think that you continue with medicine for another 2 years so that at least you would have 3 years fit free period before tapering the medicine.

Thanks for your query. First of all, you need to ask your treating doctor, what's the cause of epilepsy. Currently, it is difficult to ascertain which medicines you are taking because you have mentioned the brand names of all these medicines. I am not sure whether you are on the write dose of these medicines or not. I am also not sure, you have you been prescribed 3 medicines when only one medicine in sufficient dosage can control the fits until and unless seizures don't respond to one anti-epileptic medicine.

Continue for 3 years and then reassess afterwards No problem.

Medications control and do not cure epilepsy, you discuss with your doctor who will guide you, stopping the medication depends on the type of epilepsy you suffer, there is a prescribed regime to stop, do not take risks by stopping with out seeking expert help.
