I am a patient of craniopharyngioma my free t4 level is 2.94. And I am taking 100 mg from monday to friday and on saturday and sunday 150 mg thyronorm. So kindly please adjust the dose and my tsh level is 0.03.

Dose monitoring has to be done taking into consideration lab parameters as well as clinical picture. I prefer to use compounded thyroid containing both T3 and T4.
