Hi lybrate-user Thank you for posting your query MDT course has a medicine called clofazamine which leads to brownish discolouration of the skin This Is drug induced and goes when you stop the drug Secondly MDT drugs also make your skin photosensitive so sumtimes other skin problems like freckles melasma also tend to occur which appear as brownish spots on face To prevent these Use a good sunscreen thrice daily And de pigmentation cream containing kojic acid can be applied daily in the night For any further query you can send me your photographs of the spots for discussion Hope this helps Regards.
