My mouth tastes metallic (bloody) when I wake up I do have dental problems i.e bleeding gums but I am worried coz I am also having recent digestion problems also hyperacidity. Is a bigger reason ro worry?

You might have tartar / deposit on teeth. Kindly get it cleaned polished by dentist you can use chlohexplus mouthwash rinse two times daily for 15 days hopefully the bleeding would subside.
