Hi, lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. TSH 0.01 mU/L, is lower than normal. It should be ideally maintained around 3 mU/L You may have to reduce the dosage of thyroxine by about 12.5 mcg. If TSH goes low, as it is now, there may be other symptoms noticed. If you have any doubts please do come back. Thanks.
