Respected sir My mom is a patient of TSH thyroid and her thyroid is continuously increasing and my mom is following all doctor instructions correctly There are running 125 mg thyroid tablet until 3 month.

Mr. lybrate-user, Thanks for the query. It would have been better if you had mentioned the actual TSH level and other thyroid hormones. That would have given a clear idea. When one is under treatment for hypothyroidism taking adequate dosage of levothyroxine, then TSH is maintained around 3 to 4 mU/L, at that level all the symptoms are well in check. So please come back with proper details. Plus she should follow the instrctions regarding taking of the tablets on empty stomach early morning and nothing to be taken for next 1 to 1 and half hour. Thanks.
