I am suffering from knee and foot Joint pain due to high levels of uric acid content in my blood. Recent lab analysis recorded 8.4 levels of uric acid in my blood. Now I'm having medication under the supervision of a physician. I am not consuming alcohol. I used to have good volumes of red meat especially beef before. Kindly suggest me a suitable diet to follow to get rid of the same. And suggest me some tips to recover faster Thanks and regards.

You should avoid green saag, brinjal, soyabeen, yellow Dal, tomato and mutton. Also beer and smoking can be avoided. My suggestion is to start with tab feburic 80 mg at night and 40 mg at daytime for 1 month. Then repeat the values at a reputed laboratory.
