Hi Thank you for posting your query I understand your concern Creams like betnovate should not be used for long time as it may lead to thinning of skin and sometimes growth of excess hairs on the face as well These creams should never be taken over the counter and should be used only when prescribed by a dermatologist for a particular condition and for a particular time Presently you should stop the medications Start using a good sunscreen with spf 25-50 If you have excess hair you can go through laser hair reduction procedures Hope this helps In case you have further query you can discuss on my page with pictures of your face Regards.
