I have black patches on my both chicks and also some spot on nose since last 6 years. As per local doctors it is Malansa. Please suggest a medicine to reduce these spots.

Hi Thank you for posting your query I can understand your concern This hyper pigmentation can be removed by using skin lightening creams containing hydroquinone ,tertinoin, Kojic acid, arbutin The duration of these creams is decided after your skin evaluation so discuss with your dermatologist for same The following should be procedure to use it. 1. Wash your face in evening around 7. 2. Dry face and apply cream all over your face. 3.morning apply a sunscreen with spf at least 30.
