Dear doctor my thyroid levels are 0.13. I am 23 year male with 5-11 height .I had fever was taking paracetamol when test was done. Please help.

I presume that your TSH level was 0.13. Fever and paracetamol will not significantly influence TSH levels. Having said that, I would like to reiterate that TSH is not a good independent indicator to guide treatment. For all my thyroid patients I check all thyroid and metabolic parameters and prescribe Thyroid meds taking into consideration the clinical picture. I prefer prescribing compound thyroid containg both T3 and T4.
