My right wrist was hurted during a football game 2 years ago and it pained a lot at that time. Then last month when I started doing pushups it pained again and I went to doctor and he said me to eat Ugesic and use dynapar gel and to have Ultra Sonic Therapy for a week. But after a week I didnt work at all and my physiotherapist gave me IF treatment too.(for a week) but nothing happened. Them I was referred to Dr. where the doctor told me that it was ganglion cyst and told me to get it out by inject and to inject a steroid. At the bandaging room the concerned doctor injected the injection on the bulge and he pulled the injection many times but no fluid came out and finally he said that sometimes the fluid is too hard to come and then he injected the steroid. And I now take Vitamin D3 and calcium tablets and have immobilized my wrist through a splint but it pains a lot. And when I bend my wrist downside a small bulge appears. I just want to know whether I am getting right treatment? I pains a lot what should I do? I am 18 years old and cannot study because of it. Please through some light on it.
