I am on hansepran from last one n half year. My skin became v dark. I have stopped using that from last 3 months. But still skin Color dint changed yet. Kindly suggest and help.

Hello Clofazamine can cause skin pigmentation. But usually it get reversed in 3-6 month time. From creams containing hydroquinone to milder ones of Kojic acid, niacinamide, arbutin. There is options of glutathione injections to oral tablets with vitamin C, also laser toning also gives good results. But would suggest you to wait few more months before these treatments. You can use sunscree three times a day till then.
