Hello sir, I have high heart beat rate especially during sleep, breath shortening and depression. What should i do?

You might be suffering from anxiety and depression, apart from petril, you need other medicines for that. Whenever you feel excessive anxiety, you can sit back, try to relax, divert your mind, e.g. Count backwards from 50 to 1. Do regular meditation. Lie down, concentrate from head to toe for 10 minutes. You need to consult a Psychiatrist for further management.
