I have had PCOS. My doctor put me on metformin for a year. I lost so much of weight and maintaining a healthy routine. I recently left that drug but now my stomach is bloated and I am having stomach cramps. I am having this feeling whole day. I am also feeling weak and sleepy.

Please check whether the PCOS is relieved. One of the main issues is overweight. You need to eat more of vegetables and fruit. Take at least 2 cups of dhal a day. Drink buttermilk. Once you do this the cramping shoukd go away. If it is very chronic put a wet towel on the cramping area and lie down for 15 minutes. You will be better.
