Im age of 25 Last month I had missed my period and tested it was positive but later test it was negative once I received positive my husband told to all their relative so this month I have to conceive for sure. What can be done for this issue?

It is not common for a woman to decide for pregnancy and get pregnant in same month. In fact Pregnancy can occur only one day of cycle that is ovulation day so unprotected sex around that day only important. As only one day in month nature should be given 12-24 trials (12 to 24 months) before couple need any active management by Gynecologist or infertility specialist. Hoever for your information In a woman having 28 days regular cycle better chance of pregnancy days are considered as from day 11 and 16 counting from first day of last period. If periods have different cycle depending on that counting changes.
