Hi, Sir/ maim I am 25 years old. I have pigmentation on my cheek and upper nose last above then 1 years. I had testament from dermatologist doctors. But I getting any improvement. I think it's hormonal imbalance. Because off I have changes in my body like weight gain, depression, hair fall, skin look like dry and feeling tired. I getting confused what I do and when I see my face in mirror then getting tension in my mind. Because off black and brown patches on cheek. Please suggest and help me. My life getting disturbed of that. Please please help me.

Hello, You seem to be having melasma a pigment condition which is difficult to treat. There are various options from creams containing tranexemic acid to oral medication, creams based on hydroquinone and mild steroid for a short duration. Chemical peels, lasers can help. Consult a dermatologist.
