Hello, My age is 28 years. I was taking bp tablet from 2015 to 2017. From 2018 jan til date 19 feb I am not taking any tablet. When I checked my bp 2 week back its was 140/90 then after 1 week I check its was 160/90. Now on 20 feb also it was 160/90. I asked my doctor who stopped my tablet he said do not start the tablet do proper diet and exercise. And when my doctor stopped my bp table my reading was 124/80. Thank you.
