Hello, I am a 34 years old women with hypo thyroid. Taking thyronorm 50 once a day. My weight was 50 before but now I have put on so much weight. Its 68 now. Its been 2 years I got married and still we have not planned for baby as I fear of miscarriage due to my thyroid problem. Please suggest me whether I can plan for baby or not. and please give me some tips to reduce my weight as well. Also diet chart for hypo thyroid. Please help.
