Hello, Yougard is a retinol based cream with other additives. It is effective so is plain tretinoin at fraction of a cost. It is effective for fine wrinkles and sun damage it rejuvnates the skin. The results take 3-6 months to show. But there is something called a "Retinol purge" Which you will face which includes redness, peeling some cystic acne etc which is part of its action and may last from weeks to month. Also during the treatment the skin is sensitive and needs strict sun protection with sunscreen. Consult a dermatologist before you use any product.
