I'm 22 and I have borderline personality disorder. I was on serta and etizolam which made me lose a lot of weight and my anxiety kept increasing. And then I was on quetiapine which made the anger worse. And then on olanzapine which made me gain a lot of weight. Then on venla and risperidone I got a lot of acne. I'm tired of trying out medicines and their side effects. I just want to feel better asap. I have been very depressed lately. I'm a lot more depressed than I am manic. Therapy hasn't helped much so far. I stopped taking the medicines last month because of the side effects. And I have noticed that when I was on venla regularly, day by day I got better and then suddenly manic. After every manic episode I get very depressed. I don't know what to do. Should I try more medicines or should I stop them completely? Does online therapy help?

You should try Psychotherapy along with Medication. Medication is going to have some or the other side effect but that can be handled by the Psychological therapy and guidance by Psychologist. Create a balance between the both and you would find a harmony within. You can contact me for Psychotherapy options.
