I am 45 years old I have few tiny cysts in right breast parenchyma and minimal duct ectasia in left retroareolar region of breast is it due to hormonal changes what is the solution for that.

A mammogram may not be very helpful esp in the background of cysts. A dedicated Brest ultrasound will help .if not MRI of the breasts ave to be done in addition to rule out DCIS in the setting of duct ectasia or cysts. Please consult a breast surgeon/oncologist.
