Sir when this problem started I was at first afraid of dying without any apparent reason and I started to feel alone and depressed after I was not able to complete some goals of my life coupled with fear of death. So may be it is anxiety but it is since 2 years now that my headaches and heart palpitations and pulsatilla tinnitus (occurs very less. please help.
