I have been suffering from bedwetting problem right from my childhood. I have consulted some doctors ,they told me that it will disappear after you hit puberty. But it persists. What should be done to overcome this?

Besetting beyond 6 years of age is abnormal and it should be treated. There are two types - primary and secondary my advice to reduce betwetting frequencies 1.Do not drink any liquid after 6-7 pm (water, coffee and tea etc) 2. Go to toilet before going to sleep 3. Practice some bladder exercise in th day time Drink more water in day time and hold your bladder as much as possible so that your bladder is trained to keep more urine. While passing urine in the day time you do this excersie of holding and passing .you just pass few ml and stop and hold for few seconds .like wise do slowly and your urinary valves (sphincters) are trained to hold urine during night also. Try this for 2 months. If not improved then you can take medications either as a nasal spray or pills.
